2、mold production

3、 stripping, trimming

Stripping is taking the mold out of the wood mold. Cut off the excess edges of the FRP mold. Then the glass fiber reinforced plastic mold is water polished to meet the requirements of mass production.

4、product treatment spray oil

1)First of all, use 180# sandpaper to polish the product again, wear off the release wax on the surface of the product, and fill the pinholes and closed mold lines on the surface of the product with atomic ash.

2)Smooth with 220# sandpaper, spray a coat of primer, select imperfect areas, and fill with atomic soil.

3) Smooth with 360# sandpaper, spray the primer again, then repair the details with fine red and gray.

4) Smooth with 800# sandpaper, start spraying car paint until dry.

5)After the paint dries, the production supervisor checks whether the paint has oil flow and whether the spray leakage is less. After the completion of qualified, the customer's logo or pattern is transferred, and then sprayed with a layer of automotive varnish to ensure product brightness and protect the durability of the paint.

 

The paint is checked for good condition by quality inspection after drying. After confirming that there is no problem, the products can be packaged and shipped to our customers

The measuring tools stored in the measuring box should be clean and dry, and no other debris should be stored; 6. After the measuring tool is used, clean the dirt and aluminum chips on the surface, loosen the fastening device, and apply anti-rust agent on the measuring surface when it is not used for a long time. It is recommended that full-time personnel be responsible for keeping the annual inspection records of measuring tools detected by authoritative enterprises.
