1.During the process, the improvement of the accuracy of the workpiece specification should be carried out from the following two aspects, one is to accurately measure the length of the material, the tolerance of the workpiece specification should be included in the calculation, and the intermediate value is selected as the calculation standard value. At the same time, tolerance values should be arranged reasonably. The second is to improve the accuracy of the workpiece production and reduce the cutting deviation.
2.Stainless steel plate, generally commonly used are SUS201, SUS304, SUS316, 1Cr17, etc. Due to the strong level of anti-rust treatment of stainless steel plate, it is suitable for humid environment or outdoor without surface treatment. There are more regulations for sheet metal bending, and generally speaking, in order to make the sheet metal processing parts more beautiful, it is stipulated that the surface layer is free of scratches and wrinkles. In the normal sheet metal bending process, if there is rolling friction between the sheet metal material and the bending die, wrinkles will be formed, and such a problem is absolutely not allowed to appear on stainless steel materials.
3.Aluminum alloy plate and copper coin. The processing requirements for these materials are very similar to those of stainless steel. Scratches or creases are usually not allowed on the surface. One more thing worth noting is that usually bending can easily lead to cracks, but copper plates generally do not have cracks, brass plates are slightly weaker crack resistance, and many models of aluminum alloy plates are prone to cracks in the bending process. At this time, it is necessary for the sheet metal bending master to adopt different bending methods for different conditions.
4. Hot rolled steel. Due to the material characteristics of the above materials, different bending processes must be selected to operate. Hot-rolled steel is a material that is afraid of bending, and it is also a material that is very difficult to bend. Hot-rolled steel is actually SPHC, in which a layer of ferric tetroxide will form a somewhat hard layer on the surface during the rolling process. The tensile strength of the physical properties of the internal structural materials is not very good, and cracks are easy to appear in the bending process. But this is not the core problem, the core problem is: the hot-rolled steel bought now is cheap but poor quality, the internal structure and physical properties are inconsistent, and the same plate material will have the problem of different thicknesses. As a result, the bending angle is sometimes high and sometimes low, and even after adjustment, the same problems will occur when designing the next sheet metal material. It is precisely because of this uncontrollable factor that hot-rolled steel is regarded as the most difficult and undesirable material in sheet metal processing.
