一、Creation of Wooden Models
The wooden model for the fiberglass medical equipment shell is created according to the drawing, which is then subject to review by Party A for any necessary modifications until final approval. After that, the molding technician will use the mold to finalize the shape, make any necessary adjustments, and confirm the design of the fiberglass-reinforced medical equipment shell.
二、Mold Production
The surface of the processed wooden medical equipment shell is first prepared, meeting all specified requirements, before being waxed. Gelcoat is then applied with a brush, and once it's semi-dry, fiberglass cloth is laid over it. Resin is applied, allowing the resin to penetrate the fiberglass layers. This process is repeated, layer by layer, until the desired thickness is achieved. Once this process is completed, the mold is ready for use.
Demolding and Trimming
Demolding involves removing the mold from the wooden form. Excess edges of the fiberglass mold are trimmed. Afterward, the glass fiber reinforced plastic mold is polished with water to meet the requirements for mass production.IV. Product Processing and Spraying
The product is once again polished with sandpaper to remove the release wax from the surface. Any pinholes or closed mold lines on the surface are filled with putty.
The sandpaper is used to smooth the surface, and then a layer of primer is sprayed. Any imperfections are filled with putty.
After smoothing with sandpaper, another layer of primer is sprayed, followed by fine red and gray paint to repair details.
The surface is smoothed with sandpaper and then sprayed with automotive paint until it dries.
After the paint dries, the production supervisor inspects the surface for any oil streaks or spray leaks. Once it is deemed satisfactory, the customer's logo or pattern is transferred, and a layer of automotive clear coat is sprayed to ensure the brightness of the product and protect the durability of the paint.

The manipulator is equipped with a suction cup to suck up the steel plate and automatically identify the thickness (thickness measuring equipment with rollers). The thickness of the steel plate must meets the requirements of the procedure before it can enter the next process. 2. Put the steel plate on the CNC machine tool for hole punching and blanking, the brush on it will maintain it from being scratched, when the steel plate is moved to this position, the mold will automatically punch the hole, complete the sheet metal blanking process. The CNC machine has the function of automatically modifying and supporting the plates, which greatly improves the utilization rate of wood. 3. Move it to the automatic folding machine and bend the steel plate according to the program. The storage place of measuring tools should be kept clean, dry, free of vibration and corrosive substances, and away from places with large temperature changes or areas with magnetic fields. The measuring tools stored in the measuring box should be clean and dry, and no other debris should be stored; 6. After the measuring tool is used, clean the dirt and aluminum chips on the surface, loosen the fastening device, and apply anti-rust agent on the measuring surface when it is not used for a long time. It is recommended that full-time personnel be responsible for keeping the annual inspection records of measuring tools detected by authoritative enterprises.
