Placing the workbench next to the CNC machine and laser cutter facilitates machining on the machine, thus reducing the workload of handling the sheet metal. Designated walkways should be established to provide material for the test model during the bending process.

2.After the medical sheet metal processing is completed, the workpiece proceeds to the next stage. Different workpieces enter corresponding processes based on the processing requirements, including bending, riveting, cross-punching, welding, bossing, and poor cross-section. Sometimes, after bending once or twice, the nut or bolt head must be pressed down. It is necessary to prioritize the processing order to avoid situations where the required processing cannot be completed due to the precedence of other processes. When there are hooks on the upper cover or lower cover, if welding cannot be reached after bending, the hooks should be processed before bending.

4.In medical sheet metal processing, workpieces undergo various processes such as bending and riveting. Different plate surface treatment methods require different approaches. Cold plate processing in medical sheet metal processing typically involves surface plating. Phosphating is applied, followed by spraying. The surface of the plating plate should be cleaned to remove oil before spraying. 5. For protective treatment, you can use a soft rubber rod or screw to check the tooth holes. If you need conductivity, you should use high-temperature tape to position the work clothes and provide protection. The nut edge on the outer surface can be protected with a screw to avoid spraying on the nut (edge) hole of the workpiece and causing tooth stripping. When the workpiece is not equipped with spraying, the areas that do not need to be sprayed should be protected with screws, high-temperature rubber, high-temperature tape, and paper to block the outside.

6. After the spraying process, the medical sheet metal processing enters the assembly stage. Before assembly, the original medical sheet metal processing and spraying should be removed, and a protective sticker used for medical sheet metal processing and spraying should be applied. Gloves should be worn to avoid dust on the workpiece sticking to hands. Some workpieces should be blown with an air gun.
 

7.After the medical sheet metal processing is completed, it will enter the packaging stage. After the workpiece is inspected, a special packaging bag will be installed. Some workpieces without special packaging will be wrapped in bubble wrap. Before packaging, the bubble wrap will be cut to the size of the workpiece to prevent it from affecting the processing speed after packaging. A large number of special cartons or bubble bags, rubber mats, pallets, wooden boxes, etc., will be used. After packaging, the workpieces will be placed in cartons, and then the corresponding finished or semi-finished product labels will be attached to the cartons.

The storage place of measuring tools should be kept clean, dry, free of vibration and corrosive substances, and away from places with large temperature changes or areas with magnetic fields. The measuring tools stored in the measuring box should be clean and dry, and no other debris should be stored; 6. After the measuring tool is used, clean the dirt and aluminum chips on the surface, loosen the fastening device, and apply anti-rust agent on the measuring surface when it is not used for a long time. It is recommended that full-time personnel be responsible for keeping the annual inspection records of measuring tools detected by authoritative enterprises.
